zonealarm internet security re-installation
Problem details:
customer recently purchased zonealarm internet security and it wouldn't update, gave her message saying she can't connect to server.
Solution details:
i uninstalled her zonealarm internet security and then i performed a fresh re-installation. i ran a virus scan to make sure the cause of the issue was not an infection and then performed and update and i set up an automatic virus scan schedule. executed by ray m.
