Problem details:
customer had several virus infections and it would'nt let him do anything, and all his desktop icons were gone
Solution details:
i performed a virus removal i installed malwarebytes and ran a quick scan in safe mode then restarted into normal mode and ran a full scan. executed by expert ray m.
