customer needed to free up space on her hard drive and speed up her pc
Solution details:
i will remote connect to the customers pc i will install and run several pc optimization tools, i will also check for windows updates and make sure virus definition files are up to date and check windows security settings and reconfigure windows startup. i also uninstalled unnecessary programs from her system.
