tbaCustomer's PC is running slow and it takes a long time to boot. It is giving random application errors. Overall need a good tune-up
Solution details:
Run the PC Tune Up Utility on the Customer's PC. PC Tune-up (PC Optimization Suite) Apply the following steps (see pictures of the PC Tune Up software below) All 3 options on the Start Page - Maintenance - Speed - Health Run the "Tune Up 1 Click maintenance" located in the "cleanup windows" option on the left side menu Start a defrag if necessary
