She could not get winmail to work, setup completely wrong, fixed, then imported her contacts. She doesn't like winmail, it doesn't look like it does on the web, wanted the advertizing on the web to go away and look like winmail. But, she doesn't like winmail, and told her I can't make the ads on the side of webmail to go away, it is put there by att. Made her webmail her homepage, aloong with igoogle, and her contact list. she just can't grasp webmail/client mail concept, or how to tind anything on the web. I was amazed we even got connected.
