lavasoft will not launch, no error
Problem details:
lavasoft would not launch, destop highjacked and will not display background, trojan infection
Solution details:
performed removal of trojan by identifying its location and cause. performed fix of background by freeing it from being highjaked. performed unistall and re install of lavasoft. confirmed proper operation of application software. problem resolved
