ipod, Zune and MP3 Help
Problem details:
customer purchased new ipad and wanted to hook up to itunes on current computer. customer stated itunes would not install properly.
Solution details:
I took a look at the customers pc determined it was capable of handling the the itunes software. I downloaded the newest version. Installer came up with isscript error. I was able to install the latest version of the Isscript.msi file. Installation was able to proceed and finish properly. I started itunes and was able to make connection with the Ipad. Customer said he was happy with the service.
