installation of quickbooks
Problem details:
customer i strying to install a patch he downloaded but it wont install he gets an error code 1311 instead
Solution details:
i will remote to the customers pc and then install and run a registry and error fixer tool. then help him do th install for the update patch. and re install quickbook pro 2009. executed by expert ray m.
