Zone Alarm won't load
Problem details:
Customer had trouble with Zone Alarm after upgrading from a previous version
Solution details:
I removed it fully with the removal tool and downloaded and installed the trial, since the customer couldn't find her license key. She was instructed to follow up with billing to get her key issue straightened out, and I showed her how to register her software when she got it.
