Zone Alarm conflicts
Problem details:
Customer has Norton and Zone Alarm installed and is getting conflicts after the latest update of Zone Alarm
Solution details:
Since the customer is on dial up, the remote connection wasn't an option. I sent the customer the cleanup tools for both Zone Alarm and Norton, and had him run them. He then is to reinstall Zone Alarm from scratch from the CD, and will follow up if he runs into any issues.
