Customer was unable to install newest version of Zone Alarm Extreme Security
Solution details:
Due to issues with the newest version (still in beta), I just installed the customer's older version, which installed fine, registered with the new product key, and set up scans. All is well, and until the problems with the newest version of Zone Alarm are addressed, this workaround is the best that can be done.
