ZoneAlarm uninstall
Problem details:
Customer couldn't uninstall ZA
Solution details:
Had to reboot in safe mode with networking and then turn off uneccesary services and reboot again. Stopped the ZA service after reboot, uninstall and then watched him install Norton 360 successfully.
