ZoneAlarm Program control
Problem details:
I instructed the customer to go through and add all exe files in the softwares application folder as a custom program and to allow all access as trusted.
Solution details:
I instructed teh customer to select all exe's and add them to the custom allowed software menu and to go to option on each and allow application interaction within the software so that they would work
