Solution details:
Customer came in asking to hook Xbox into system and configure router.
Either cut off, or did not like the price because he never responded to the offer. In my experience of setting up Xbox properly, and configuring with windows media center, It can be a long and arduous job if you don't know what you are doing because the firewall has to have specific ports opened for the system to work properly.
