Problem details:
Dan purchased Ad-Aware Plus and is having issues with a virus.
Solution details:
Dan and I were not able to connect remotely due to the power of the malware/virus. I gave Dan instructions for completing a system restore to before the time when the virus was installed. He will contact me with any further questions.
