Problem details:
Customer Windows Xp doesnt recognize usb devices including printer. Also Ipod problem
Solution details:
customer thought problem was with usb ports but it turns out that problem is other issues on Windows or Ipod device..instructed customer to reconnect back without no charge as he has to reboot and reinstall printer driver ..partially completed
