Virus removal blocking install of Ad-Aware
Problem details:
Diane has a virus on her computer. She is not able to install Ad-Aware to remove the virus.
Solution details:
Diane and I were not able to establish a remote connection. I gave Diane detailed instructions on how to perform a System Restore in safe mode, and then how to install Ad-Aware to protect her computer in the future.
