Problem details:
Customer system still experiencing symptoms of a virus/malware infection as well as product installation is not complete.
Solution details:
Performed manual removal of remaining virus/malware components. Installed and Configured the Adaware Total Protection product. Performed a system tune to allow for stabalization of computer and furhter cleanup. System checked out okay.
