Virus Spyware
Problem details:
Virus and spyware popups, client was not able to work, and the virus also cancelled the first session.
Solution details:
Client had a bad virus spyware, I was able to remove the virus and allow the PC to work again. I had some issues with the session, but finally were able to remove the virus
