Customer connected with a virus on their computer known as: Antivirus Soft
Solution details:
I had the customer connect to me in safe mode, then connected remotely to their computer, used msconfig, HijackThis and MalwareBytes to remove the virus, then restarted their computer and installed a trial version of Trend Micro Internet Security Pro
