Virtumonde Infection
Problem details:
This is a pretty common problem. Virtumonde is a nasty piece of spyware that resists normal adware removal. The customer in this case tried half a dozen times with Adaware before giving up.
Solution details:
I installed Spyware Doctor to automatically remove the threat. This is currently the only product on the market that automatically removes Virtumonde.
