Very Slow PC | Turbo Tax won't Install
Problem details:
Customer had a very slow PC and Turbo Tax wouldn't install
Solution details:
I removed Norton, ran PC Tune-up Advanced, installed Turbo Tax, and reinstalled Norton. All is well
