Very Slow Computer
Problem details:
Customer had a very slow computer with conflicting security programs and many programs needing to be removed
Solution details:
I ran the PC Tune-up Advanced service; removed conflicting security software and other programs the customer wanted to have removed, and used all of the standard utilites to speed his PC back up
