Transfer Music from iPod to New PC
Problem details:
Customer purchased a new computer but had all of their music and audio books 'stuck' on their iPod - and couldn't sync without erasing the iPod.
Solution details:
Manually moved the contents of the iPod onto the computer thus bypassing the need to erase the iPod in order to get it to sync with iTunes.
