Touchpad Mouse
Solution details:
I uninstalled the device from the device manager then restarted the computer to reinstalled it and that didn't work, so i checked over the mouse settings and ended up rolling back the driver so the device driver was no longer corrupt then we did a restart so the device could start and now it's working again.
