Spybot Wasn't Installed
Problem details:
Customer accidentally installed CyberDefender instead of Spybot.
Solution details:
I uninstalled CyberDefender, cleaned startup programs, installed Spybot Search and Destroy, set up automatic scans and updates. Customer is setup, but needs to get McAfee registration sorted out.
