Spybot Update and Virus Removal
Problem details:
Customer needed help updating Spybot SD and making sure that Spybot removed all the viruses and spyware from his computer. Customer was using a Windows XP computer.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer via Teamviewer. Updated the Spybot software and made sure that it was working properly. Also ensured that all viruses and spyware were removed from the computer., Customer also had other software installed, and made sure that they were working properly. Was able to successfully resolve the case.
