Spybot
Problem details:
Add/Remove Programs would not remove Spybot because uninstall 000.msg was missing.
Solution details:
Resolved: Customer was disconnected once and had to restart once. We removed the program files created by Spybot's installer then I removed the registry entries so that Trend would not see Spybot as being installed. After a restart Trend installed correctly.
