Slow performance
Problem details:
Perryn's PC was running very slowly and required Adobe updates to allow access to necessary webpages.
Solution details:
I performed a PC tune-up service and disabled any and all unneeded services and startup programs. Windows updates, Java, and Adobe programs updated as well.
