Slow PC
Problem details:
Customer had a slow PC: slow startup, slow program launching, etc.
Solution details:
I ran the PC tune-up Basic: cleaned startup, browser add-ons, ran CCleaner, Tune-up Utilities 2010, and scheduled defrags. I also scheduled a full disk check at next reboot as file system errors were reported. Windows was up to date, and Automatic Updating was scheduled properly. Also, the antivirus program was up to date and scanning on a regular, scheduled basis as well.
