Slow PC
Problem details:
Customers PC was slow on reboot, accessing email and accessing the internet
Solution details:
Installed utility suite to remove unnecessary files and tweak settings to speed up computer. Also noticed that customer did not have anti virus software installed. Advised customer how to upgrade current software to receive antivirus.
