Problem details:
Customer stated that computer was slow. I installed a tool and educated the customer on how to remove unnecessary files. I then installed a tool that defragmented her hard drive.
Solution details:
Installed CCleaner and educated the customer on the removal of unnecessary files. I then installed and educated the customer on Defraggler, a hard drive defragmentation tool.
