Slow Computer
Problem details:
Client had a slow computer and could not figure out what the problem was.
Solution details:
I added lavasoft ad-aware, removed tool bars, rescheduled the AVG anti-virus scan and removed some visual themes for windows to free up some memory. I also suggested the customer upgrade their RAM.
