Setting up Wireless Keyboard
Solution details:
I suggested the customer to perform the following steps:
1. Unpack all of the Equipment that came in the box
2. remove all plastic covers and batteries that you may find in bags and set them all out within reach
3. Plug in the wireless receiver to an empty USB port and position it so that it is not in the way but preferably on the desk to get the best reception.
4. The computer will recognize a new device and begin to install drivers for the keyboard. If there was a disc included with your set up place it in the cd-rom drive and follow the on screen instructions
5. The keyboard should now be working as your wired keyboard was. You can disconnected the wired one and use the wireless only
