Scanner - Resolution Adjustment
Problem details:
Customer was scanning documents in high resolution. Scans were taking a long time, coming out huge and a big file size.
Solution details:
Adjusted the scan settings for a low resolution (96) and the documen scan quickly, look good, are normal size and the customer is happy!
