Customer bought a new printer and need assistance installing it
Solution details:
: 1) Call customer determine printer model and specifications
2) Talk them though setting up and connecting the printer to the PC
3) Determine if the printer came with a software CD that needs to be installed.
4) Assist with installing the software, drivers and any other settings via remote connection
5) Print test page to verify successful installation
