Problem details:
When customer boots computer, Roxio Media Manger tries to install something but gets an error message. Keeps looping.
Solution details:
Installed Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove Roxio Media install file from loading up at startup. Had customer reboot computer, error did not come up anymore.
