Rootkit and Vundo infection
Problem details:
Customer presented with a severe infection that would not be removed by his installed antivirus programs
Solution details:
Upon running Malwarebytes, I found the Vundo virus as well as several rootkits. I then ran ComboFix to remove them, and re-ran Malwarebytes afterwards to mop up the remnants. Everything is clean.
