Rogue Virus Infection
Problem details:
Customer was infected with the Security Tools Rogue virus, along with several other trojans
Solution details:
I fully removed all viruses and restored functionality to Ad-Aware. I then beefed up his internet security settings, and setup Ad-Aware for regular scans
