Rogue Infection
Problem details:
Customer was infected with Security Tools rogue virus.
Solution details:
I removed the virus, and all other infections, and removed the conflicting installations of both Norton 360 and Norton Internet Security 2010, and reinstalled the program the customer had a license for, Norton 360. The system was again analyzed for infections, and none were found. All is well.
