Repair Ad-Aware Pro
Problem details:
Customer's Ad-Aware stopped working and wouldn't run - giving error 1814 when trying to run and error 1921 when try to remove and reinstall.
Solution details:
Manually assisted the reinstall process by manipulation of running services. Ad-Aware reinstalled without a htcih. Also uninstalled McAfee as it was redundant while consuming system resources.
