Prolonged Battery Efficiency
Problem details:
Customer was using a Windows XP computer and needed help maximizing the battery usage on his laptop. Customer said that he had had his laptop for roughly 3-months, and it was a Dell XPS.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer with Teamviewer. Evaluated the customer's performance settings. Made the appropriate adjustments so that the computer worked properly and more efficiently. Installed a widget to monitor performance on laptop.
