Printing Issues
Problem details:
Customer was using a Windows XP computer, and had a Lexmark X1150 printer. Customer said that the blue was not printing properly, and had switched the cartridges. Also, print queue was not responding, even after restarting the printer.
Solution details:
Uninstalled the printer drivers. Removed the drivers, downloaded and installed the drivers from their website. Was able to successfully reinstall the drivers and have the printer working again.
