Printer Won't Print
Problem details:
Customer said printer would act as if it were printing, but would not produce images on paper.
Solution details:
Checked ink levels, and they appeared empty. I also checked default printers, drivers, and made sure printer programs were communicating properly with the printer. I instructed the customer to purchase new ink cartridges and to follow up with me if she has any other printing issues.
