Printer Help
Problem details:
Customer had a pet lizzard and wanted to print out pictures from it's pagent???.
Solution details:
Found out that the printer was disabled becuase the pet lizzard chewed through the cable. Luckly the lizzard is still okay. I advised of the need to replace the cable.
