Problem details:
Customer not able to print to HP 6500 E709N. Printer is not listed under printers in control panel. Unable to install any new printers because of print spooler not starting.
Solution details:
Uninstalled current printer software through add/remove programs. Customer had a previous printer that was a Lexmark. Ran a program to clean out the spooler. Print Spooler still would not start after reboot. Forwarded to dispatch.
