Problem details:
Customer has an HP Laserjet 4000 Series printer but does not have CD with software/drivers. Needs to install drivers to get printer to work.
Solution details:
I went to the HP website to find the drivers but none of the listed drivers were correct. Forwarded the case to Dan for completion.
