Ports
Problem details:
Customer could not get outgoing connection through a particular port. His computer is controled by the company he works for. Made needed modifications and removed Spybot which he was sure was the cause of the problem. Alas, it was not. We concluded that he needs to speak with the employers IT department and if he needs futher assitance he will contact me.
Solution details:
Corrected the problem and will wait to hear back after customer has spoken with employers IT dept
