PictBridge
Problem details:
Customer is trying to use PictBridge to print between a camera and printer.
Solution details:
I walked the customer through hooking up the camera and the printer. We plugged the camera into the printer then looked for the PictBridge icon to appear in the top left corner of the camera. This was not instantaneous and a little patience solved our problem. Once the icon appeared on the camera, the printer informed us it was connected and the customer was able to navigate to his desired picture to print and push the Print hardware key on the camera to print the photo.
