Problem details:
Customer stated experiencing long start up times for his machine.
Solution details:
Customer stated experiencing long start up times for his machine. Ran Tune up , updated windows, cut boot time from 5:00 to 3:05.
Also removed MSN live messenger, Yahoo and Leximark from start up routine, cutting another 50 seconds off the time. Customer reported seeing a big difference in the machine, before even running defrag.
